Dear East Dover Elementary Families,

I hope you and your child(ren) are as excited to begin the 2025–2026 school year together as I am! It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I begin my third year in Principalship as Principal of East Dover Elementary School. I am honored to join the Dover community and serve as the educational leader of EDE. I look forward to building strong relationships and starting this important work together.

This year marks my eighteenth year in education. As a lifelong learner, I remain passionate about teaching, leading, and growing alongside students and staff. I value the opportunity to guide and support dedicated educators while forming meaningful connections with families. I’m grateful for the experiences that have shaped me—and excited to begin this new chapter here in Dover.

In addition to being an educator, I am a proud parent of three children. This September, Joseph began tenth grade, Leah entered seventh grade, and Kyle started first grade. As a parent myself, I understand how important the partnership between home and school is to a child’s success. When families and schools work together, we grow stronger—together.

At East Dover Elementary, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment where every child feels a sense of belonging, pride, and purpose. Through collaboration, communication, and care, we will empower our EDE students to reach their fullest potential.

A new school year brings fresh beginnings, excitement, and endless possibilities. We look forward to filling our halls with curiosity, joy, and the sound of learning. Please remember—my door is always open. Your input, ideas, and support are valued and appreciated. We also invite you to join us throughout the year at events like our PTA Meetings, where we can connect and grow as a community.
